Australia's most successful sporting family.
The four Ella siblings Glen, Mark, Gary and Marcia have all represented Australia in their chosen sport.
They are the only Australian family to have ever had four siblings achieve this feat.
Glen, Mark and Gary represented Australia in rugby union and Marcia in netball.
In addition to representing their country as athletes, each sibling has also been involved in their sport as coaches and administrators.
Outside of sport, they all have experience working in Aboriginal affairs, in policy, community development and administration.
All are widely experienced as role models and mentors in the Indigenous community.
Raised among 12 children in a tumbledown shack, the Ella's attribute their extraordinary success to the influence of their parents, family, and enlightened teachers, coaches, mentors and leaders who have nurtured their amazing talents and knowledge.
After many years of working with and supporting various not-for-profits, the Ella's have established Ellavation to use their knowledge and experience to create positive change in the Indigenous community.
